Appelation: AOC Coteaux du Languedoc
Location: in the Terrasses de Béziers AOC area, is situated in Sérignan Municipality to the south of Béziers in Languedoc.
Soil: on washed pebble and shingle Villefranche terraces dating from the Quaternary Era.
Grape Varieties: Syrah (90%), Grenache (10%)
Vinification: traditional
Palate: this wine presents a red deep and intense coulour ruby, with purple reflections. The intense nose reveals notes of red fruits alcoholic. The mouth of frank attack and evolves in power thanks to its elegant tannins and melted. It reveals aromas of red fruits alcoholic raised by a point of roasted dried fruits. Very beautiful length
Serving suggestion: meat in sauce & traditional cooking.

Vinification: traditional
Palate: Wine of a red colour garnet steady, present an intense nose allying notes of spices and coffee. The mouth is supple in attack and evolves towards powerful tannins, giving a good structure, a beautiful amplitude and a beautiful length in the wine. One finds notes of red fruits alcoholic and of licorice there.
Serving suggestion: this wine can be served on red meats or on blue cheeses. For the patients, 4 - 5 years of wait shall refine with advantage its bouquet to allow it to reach its optimum.

Palate: intense nose in the aromas of red fruits (raspberries, black currant). Fresh, very aromatic mouth which presents a beautiful length.
Serving suggestion: this wine will agree for salads, grills as well as white meats.

Palate: this wine of a pink colour supported in the purple reflections, present an intense nose to the aromas of red fruits and apricot. The mouth is of lively attack and evolves towards graases and smooth notes. One finds the aromas of red fruits and particularly strawberries.
Serving suggestion: this wine will accompany with advantages grills, white meats, red meats and raw cheeses

Palate: nose in the aromas powerful of exotic fruits. The mouth is of lively, slightly slightly acid attack, giving some coolness to the wine. Very good length in mouth.
Serving suggestion: in aperitif, or to accompany advantageously shells and fishes.
